These Terms of Service govern your use of www.sistudio.shop and purchases from SI STUDIO. By visiting our website, submitting an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, images, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause colors or details to appear differently. Clearance inventory is limited, and an item shown as available may become unavailable before fulfillment. We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory shortages, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items to the original payment method.

5. Clearance and final sale

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY SI STUDIO ARE CLEARANCE ITEMS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except for an incorrect item, an item that arrives damaged or materially defective, or a remedy required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds or store credit for change of mind, sizing, fit, color, preference, customer ordering error, or any other ordinary reason.

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. Processing times, shipping rates, carrier selection, tracking, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. UPS or UniUni is generally used, but we may choose another suitable service when reasonably necessary. Carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, peak-volume periods, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Customer information and shipping addresses

You are responsible for reviewing your email address, shipping address, item selection, size, and quantity before placing an order. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is submitted and generally cannot be made after fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because an address supplied by the customer was incomplete or incorrect, except where prohibited by law.

8. Prohibited activities

You may not use the website or its content to violate law; commit fraud; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit malicious code; collect information about others without authorization; interfere with website security or operation; scrape or access the website through unauthorized automated means; or attempt to bypass access, purchase, or security restrictions.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to SI STUDIO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

10. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, or other service providers. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, but nothing in this section limits responsibility that applicable law places on us.

11. Website availability and disclaimers

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Any disclaimer of warranties applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SI STUDIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that order.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of a non-waivable legal duty, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

13. Responsibility for misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in California, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from the stated update date and do not alter the terms applicable to an order already placed unless required by law.
